| Description | Gorhambury Jany. 30th 1805 Madam I have taken the liberty of Wrighting to you, concerning the Letters I have received from Boulton Savage & Spike, Agents to a person in Birmingham, For payment of the Cost of a nonsuit in an Act which was brought against Mr. Evitts of Birmingham at the time I left you. As Mr. Boulton was so good as say he should settle that for me I have no doubt but there must be some mistake. I shall acknowledge it as a particular favour if you will mention it to Mr. Boulton and let me know. After the first Letter I received Lord Grimston was so good as to call upon Messrs. Bolton & Co for me they tould him they was only Agents to a person in Birmingham did not know any thing more off it, but should suppose there must be some mistake, as I had never heard any thing of it from that time till now. They promised to wright to him and let him know, which they never did. Yesterday I received the second Letter from them.
