The Clerk is Directed to write a Note to Matthew Bolton Esqr—to Request he would order the land to be Fenced out—from which Earth hath Been Removed—Opposite or Near to the Above Recited *Encroachment—And also that the trough for the Use of the Road Near Hockley Bank be Supplied with a Sufficient Quantity of Water Agreeable to the Promise Made by Mr Bolton to the Commissioners. *the Encroachment Refered to is the Shed Built by Timmins Nevill.
