Will you oblidge me by asking Messrs Boulton & watts the favor of an Engine after their patent plan of the underneath dimentions—we contracted with a person to raise a building—to which he was to attach a Steam Engine. & for which he was to receive a rent at per Centage
we think he hath greatly exceeded his contract. & we will be obligd to you to prevail on these respectable Gentn to send us their opinion through yr medium
