| Description | Gorhambury Augst. 6th 1806 Sir In consequence of a Letter I have this morning received from Mr. G Mynd, In which he tells me he has ordered the payment of £20– from you to me, to settle the Costs of a nonsuit in an Actn., which was brought by Mr. Boulton, in my behalf, at the time I left Soho. and which expence he promised me to settle, I heard no more of it till upwards of nine years, after, When I was called upon to pay the defendants Costs, to Messrs. Bolton Savage & Spike Temple London, Which Cost Messrs. Bolton tauld me was £24¬– As its not convenient for me to come to London at this time if you will do me the favour to settle with Messrs.
