DescriptionNotes their comment that Liverpool has been flooded by a large quantity of copper coin from Frodsham, and wonders where it can have originated, the copper coinage having been discontinued from some time. Wishes them to send him by mail-coach a 2s. rouleau of the coin. Is puzzled to have received a letter to-day from a person in Cheshire requesting a large amount copper coin. (Copy of an original dated at the Mint Office and signed for Matthew Boulton.)
