| Description | These documents were formerly in two bundles, labelled “Letters, 1811” and “Copies of Letters, 1811.” By the time of listing these bundles had been disturbed, and it was not possible to determine with certainty their original order. The arrangement adopted follows that of the previous files in the series—that is, the two sequences of documents are both arranged alphabetically by the first letter of the correspondent’s surname.
