| Description | The House Committee was established in 1921 to receive reports on children received into the Middlemore Homes and reports on children sent to Canada. The committee received reports from the matrons of the homes. Mrs. Paul Cadbury was elected as chair of the committee at the first committee meeting held on 8th February 1921. The committee minutes include detailed information relating to individual children entering the homes and emigrated to Canada and Australia. Minutes are signed by the chairperson. The minute books in this series are not indexed. |
