| Description | A preliminary meeting of the House Committee formed to oversee family rehabilitation work at Crowley House was held on 21 November 1955. The members of the committee at its formation were Mrs. Paul Cadbury, Mrs. Barlow, Mrs. Christopher Cadbury, Mrs. Green, Mrs. Kelman, Mrs. Kenrick and Mrs. Malins. Meetings of the House Committee were held fortnightly or monthly as required. Matters discussed at meetings include applications from families wishing to be admitted to Crowley House, the welfare and progress of families in residence, after-care visits paid by staff of Crowley House to families who had left the home, staff matters and alterations to the building.
