| Description | Contains a daily log of events of importance connected with the homes, records of fire practice and signatures of committee members visiting the homes. The maintenance of a record book is in accordance with the requirements of The Administration of Children's Homes Regulations, 1951, discussed in the minutes of the House Committee meeting on 13 September 1951 (see MS 517/A/3/1/8).
