Correspondents include representatives of the Department of Immigration and Colonization Canada, Mr. W.S. Ray, Manager of the Canadian Middlemore Home 'Fairview' and Mr. Paul Cadbury.
- correspondence of Mr. Plenderleith with the Chief Migration Officer of Dr. Barnado's Homes and Reverend Hudson of the Catholic Emigration Association to arrange meetings relating to the new age restrictions.
- correspondence between Mr. Plenderleith and Mr. W.S. Ray, Mr. T. Sydney Walker and Mr. Paul Cadbury concerning 'An Act respecting Immigrant Children' place before the House of Assembly for Nova Scotia in March 1926.
- correspondence between Mr. Plenderleith and the Child Emigration Society (Fairbridge Farm Schools) concerning the possibility of sending Middlemore Homes children (named in the correspondence) to Australia through the Fairbridge scheme.
