AdminHistory'Buccaneer' was a game invented by Geoffrey Bull, Anthony Pratt's near-neighbour and friend in Kings Heath. He was pivotal to the existence of Cluedo by giving Anthony the idea of developing a board game in the first place and also used his experience to help Anthony with the development process, especially the introduction to Waddingtons and obtaining the patent.

Geoffrey Bull seems to have been a wider inventor including of technical innovations (example shown on reverse sides of pages where he had made notes to help with drawing up the specification for Anthony's game).
