| Description | Inserted at the front is a list of the duties of Divisional Secretaries. These included ensuring that records were kept for the following: attendance; visits (the name of the visitor appointed and the result of the visit); collections for the class fund; the names of new scholars; the title of the lesson and the name of the teacher who gave it. Other responsibilities included preparing statistics on visits; drawing up an annual report on attendance, visiting and matters of interest in the Division; reading the report at the annual meeting (if one was held); reading the minutes for the previous Sunday and if approved by the Class, ensuring they were signed by the teacher or on his behalf; transfering the names and addresses from the Divisional roll sheet to the register after Scholars had attended 4 times. Inserted at the back of the volume is a calling card for visitors which was used when there was nobody at home, and a Divisional Visiting report for Division 4A.
