Report on The Birmingham Repertory Theatre - it's present and future (November 1960) - a memo. prepared by Birmingham Repertory Theatre directors for use of the Joint Conference (members of Birmingham City Council, The Arts Council of Great Britain, and The Rep) as a help in formulating plans for a possible new building to replace the present theatre in Station Street and to give an indication of the present and future financial position. Includes financial budget for year 1961-1962 and the requirements for the new playhouse (including provision for archives 'a large room is essential for storing theatre archives, photographs, sets of scripts, music, accounts, theatre reference books etc').
