DescriptionThe Office Arrangements Committee was established to guide the work of the Monthly Meeting Secretary, who carried out administrative and clerical work for the Monthly Meeting, and the Monthly Meeting on Ministry and Oversight. The committee also supported the Monthly Meeting clerk and secretaries of committees by taking on some of the more routine tasks undertaken by these roles. Although the first minutes start in 1904, there is reference to the committee having been in existence for the previous year.
