| Description | From 1895, the Christian Society held meetings for worship in Gooch Street hall and at some point after this date, Class XVII of Bristol Street Division of Severn Street Adult School, moved to the Gooch Street premises. The school's President was Alfred Southall.
Friends' purchased the hall from the Congregationalists in c. 1895 and from November 1905, recognised the meeting as a Preparative Meeting which met until April 1921. Meetings for worship continued to take place until sometime before 1954.
