| Description | Quarterly Congregational Meeting consisted of members and associates of the Society of Friends and Christian Society who met four times a year. Duties included dealing with matters referred to it by the Preparative Meeting or Standing Committee; receiving reports of the work carried out by members such as visiting the sick, inviting newcomers to meetings and the adult schools; receiving financial reports from the Standing Committee; finding active Christian work for members and attenders; revising membership of the Standing Committee. |
