Loose reports, annual accounts, details of collections and other papers are interleaved with the minutes and also include an inventory of the contents of the meeting house, dated 1934 and a plan of land surveyed by Edwards, Son & Bigwood, December 1932. The land was offered to Barnt Green Preparative Meeting by Louisa Gibbins and the meeting intended to use it for the building of a new meeting house (see minutes for 11 December 1932). Minutes of 8 January 1939 include a list of names of correspondents for various committees. |
