The deed contains handwritten annotations, and begins with a general synopsis of the deed's contents. The deed was entitled in ink 'M.I.T.1', and was presented as evidence with regard to the matter of the Old Meeting House comprised in a Declaration of Trust dated 2 August 1882 and, again, in the affidavit of Minnie Isabel Twist, sworn on 21 November 1956. |
