| Description | The bundle includes an amended typescript draft of a proposal for a scheme of the Old Meeting Church, Birmingham, including some historical information about the Old Meeting House Trust and the impact of wartime bombing and the proposed compulsory purchase of the church's property by the Council (duplicate copy in UC 1/1/4/19). Two letters were stored in envelopes, which have been placed in archival sleeves to protect the other documents in the bundle, but fastened to their respective papers as they contain contextual information about the records. The bundle has been kept in its original order. |
