| Description | The book contains 86 prayers, mostly relating to the Old Meeting Church's Sunday Schools and other religious duties, and it was probably intended that the prayers be recited by pupils of the schools. At the back of the volume are some copy minutes from meetings of what appears to be Sunday School Friendly Society (see UC 1/11/2/1) for the period c1835 - 1839. There is a page from a printed source with a photograph of Diemer, Oberammergau and its Passion Play, 1930, in the front of the volume. |
