| Description | Mr Lee hopes to send the cases of several of the sufferers as instructions to be put before the Counsel. The committee wishes for additional counsel to be retained, Mr D.P. Coke for Warwickshire and Mr D. Plomer for Worcestershire. Two men are suggested to replace Mr Newnham whose performance was considered very poor. Application has been made to Messrs Norris and Wyatt of London to survey the destroyed buildings. The suggestion of selecting defendants from Banks is raised. |
