| Description | Mr Bell is relatively pleased with the outcome of the Worcester trials but he is worried by the special jury's devaluing of damages in Mr Taylor and Mr Russell's cases. The jury only took note of damage to property that took place in the building and not elsewhere, this could indicate what stance the Warwick jury will take. He advises on presenting the jury with as much documentation proving ownership, value and the location of damaged property as possible. Mr Bell worries about the impact this will have on the trials of certain cases including Dr Priestley. After discussion of Dr Priestley's case he goes on to suggest ways to improve their case and the men needed for the legal work. |
