3. Letter from John Kentish, The Woodlands, to James Belcher, dated 15 March 1819, re enclosed letter, which does not appear to survive, to be laid before the Trustees and Vestry Committee of the New Meeting House, Birmingham.
4. Letter from James Yates and John Kentish to James Belcher, chairman of the Vestry Committee, dated 20 March 1819, re assembly of congregation who normally assemble at Carrs Lane Church, Birmingham.
5. Letter to James Belcher, chairman of the Vestry, New Meeting House, Birmingham from an unidentified member of the Vestry of Carr's Lane Church, dated 28 March 1819.

Letter from James Belcher, chairman of the Vestry Committee, on behalf of the ministers, Trustees and congregation of the New Meeting, to the ministers, Trustees and deacons of the congregation of Carrs Lane Church, dated 2[8] March 1819, re lending of the New Meeting House to members of Carrs Lane Church for Christian worship.
7. Letter from [James Belcher] to Mr J.A. James, Carrs Lane Church, dated 12 August 1820, re an 'act of mischief' attributed by members of the New Meeting to members of the Carrs Lane congregation worshipping at the New Meeting.
8. Letter from Mr S.S. Hickling, secretary of the Trustees of the Cherry Street Chapel, Birmingham, to James Belcher, dated 30 December 1822, re thanks to the ministers, Vestry Committee and congregation of the New Meeting House for considering a request by ministers and Trustees of Cherry Street Chapel to use the New Meeting House for Christian worship.
9. Letter from Joseph Entwistle, Belmont Row, [Birmingham], to the ministers and congregation of the New Meeting, Moor Street, Birmingham, dated 25 November 1823, thanking them on behalf of the Cherry Street Chapel for the use of the New Meeting House for Christian worship.
10. Slip of paper marked 'Mr Belcher Bull Ring', undated.
11. Note from John Russell, dated 23 [June] 1883 regarding a number of papers retained by James Belcher, bookseller of Birmingham, 'an important member of the New Meeting Congregation; and apparently at this time, a chief authority in the Congregation', noting that the papers were passed to Mr Bache by Mr R. Green, Mr Belcher's 'confidential man and subsequently his successor in business'.
