The photograph appears to have been mounted for exhibition on boards decorated with the names of the streets depicted in the photograph. This view shows the parking of vehicles in both Bradford Street and Cheapside, particularly those parked at right angles to the kerb for the loading of meat. Along the outer city carriageway of Digbeth there is parking along the whole length and one lane at the traffic signals, the junction with Meriden Street is obscured by vehicles outside Morgan's Meat Works. |
