| Description | This file contains an incomplete sequence of minutes, agendas and correspondence of quarterly meetings of the Barrow and Geraldine S. Cadbury Trust and the Barrow Cadbury Fund Ltd. including minutes and related papers from the Southfield Trust. Quarterly meetings for these organisations were held on the same day. Trust minutes run from 3994 to 4149, Fund minutes run from 1406 to 1522. Gaps in these sequences are likely due to informal meetings held between quarterly meetings. Relevant Fund minutes are included in the Trust sequence, though with the annotation 'B.C. Fund only' instead of a minute number. Fund minute numbers are included in the separate Fund minute sequence. The earliest Trust minutes in this sequence dating to 1974/1975 reset their number sequences from the number one for each meeting. These minutes may have been office copies and some annotations are included. This file is organised from newest to oldest. |
