| Description | These files contains an incomplete sequence of minutes, agendas and correspondence of quarterly meetings of the Barrow and Geraldine S. Cadbury Trust and the Barrow Cadbury Fund Ltd. including minutes and relate papers of the Southfield Trust. Quarterly meetings for these organisations were held on the same day. Trust minutes run from 4595 to 5229, Fund minutes run from 1718 to 2033. Gaps in these sequences are likely due to informal meetings held between quarterly meetings. Relevant Fund minutes are included in the Trust sequence, though with the annotation 'B.C. Fund only' instead of a minute number. Fund minute numbers are included in the separate Fund minute sequence. Some Paul S. Cadbury Trust material is also included.
