| Description | These files contain a complete integrated minute sequence of termly and annual general meetings for Barrow Cadbury Trust and the Barrow Cadbury Fund Ltd. with interleafed agendas, financial accounts, correspondence, staffing trustee minutes and related material for meetings held between 22 March 2003 and 13 March 2004. Trust minutes run from 1228 to 1327, Fund minutes from 3994 to 4053. The numbering of the Trust minute sequence contains errors with minute numbers being duplicated and not continuing in a unique sequence. However, all Trust minutes for the period are included for the financial year. Trust and Fund termly meeting minutes are recorded together in sequence with Trust and Fund minutes interspersed numerically. AGM minutes for Trustees, Directors and Fund Members are usually recorded separately. File 'a' includes Trust minutes 1228 1256 and Fund minutes 3994 to 4006, file 'b' Trust minutes 1257 to 1296 and Fund minutes 4007 to 4036 and file 'c' contains Trust minutes 1297 to 1327 and Fund minutes 4037 to 4053. Files are organised from newest to oldest and appear roughly as Trustees/Directors would have received them in their meeting packs in advance of the next meeting, i.e. agendas and supporting documents for the pending meeting together with the minutes of the last meeting. Termly meetings were held on 22 March 2003, 05 July 2003, 08 November 2003, 13 March 2004, the Trust annual general meeting on 08 November 2003, the Fund Directors' annual general meeting on 08 November 2003, and the Fund members' annual general meeting on 08 November 2003.
