| Description | This file contains agendas, reports, correspondence, accounts and related papers for the termly and annual general meetings of the Trust and Fund held on 12-13 November 2004. Additionally, this file includes the minutes of the annual general meetings of Trustees, Directors and Members all held on 08 November 2003, the termly meeting of the Trust and Fund held on 03 July 2004 and the General Purpose Committee meeting held on 14 October 2004. Joint termly Trust/Fund business is recorded first followed by Trust and Fund specific minutes recorded together in sequence and interspersed numerically. AGM minutes for Trustees, Directors and Fund Members are usually recorded separately. This file appears roughly in the sequence that Trustees/Directors would have received their meeting packs in advance of the next scheduled meeting, i.e. agendas and supporting documents for the pending meeting together with the minutes of the last meeting. The minutes of the 08 November 2003 AGMs run from 1297 to 1312 for the Trust meeting, 4037 to 4049 for the Directors meeting and 1 to 9 for the Members meeting. The minutes of the 03 July 2004 termly meeting adopted a new numbering system. Under this system joint Trust and Fund termly business was recorded under the minute prefix 'TM' followed by the financial year of the meeting and the individual minute number, for instance, TM04/05-6 denotes the sixth Cadbury Trusts minute for the financial year 2004/2005. Business specific to the Trust or Fund was recorded in a similar manner but with a 'T' or 'F' prefix respectively. The minutes from this termly meeting run from TM04/05-1 - TM04/05-20 for joint business, T04/05-1 - T04/05-9 for Trust business and F04/05-1 - F04/05-3 for Fund business.
