AdminHistoryStaffing trustees were responsible for the oversight of human resources matters at the Cadbury Trusts. Specifically trustees were to, 1) regularly review contracts and employment liabilities, 2) review and recommend personnel policies, 3) review and recommend accommodation arrangements, 4) approve salary adjustments and, 5) monitor changes to job descriptions and staffing issues.

In 2003 the Committee was wound up and its functions transferred to the General Purpose Committee.
