| AdminHistory | The General Purpose Committee was established to, 1) review management concerns, 2) audit processes and procedures including annual accounts, management reports and risk assessments, 3) review staffing including contracts and employment liabilities, personnel policies, salary adjustments and monitoring changes to job descriptions, 4) monitoring finance including investments and assets, investment policy, budget setting and reporting and termly grant payments, and 5) advising on IT including internal communications, external communications and hardware and software development.
In 2003 the General Purpose Committee consisted of relevant trustees Anna Southall, Jim Cadbury, Ruth Cadbury, Erica Cadbury, Candia Compton and Helen Cadbury. Committee meetings were held three times per year. |
