Minutes are not signed. Minutes usually appear on gold paper with agenda notes on green paper. The minutes reset from one for each year in the format 'minute number/year', for instance, 3/85 would be minute three from 1985. Two of the three series have a covering list containing the meeting number, date of meeting and minute numbers used for each meeting as well as relevant Trust and Fund minutes. Labelled 'a' to 'c'. |
