| AdminHistory | The Minority Arts Programme was established in 1980/1981 to administer a small grants budget for ethnic minority art projects in the West Midlands. Oversight of the programme was the responsibility of relevant trustees Roger P. Hickinbotham, Anna C. Southall and Richard G. Cadbury, all recently appointed to the Board of Trustees. This group acted as a de facto minority arts sub-committee. The daily administration of minority arts grants was handled chiefly by Assistant Secretary Eric Adams.
Relevant Trustees met periodically throughout the year in Coventry or London and reported on their activities to the Board during quarterly meetings of the trusts and Fund. |
