| Description | Minutes with enclosures including annual accounts, agendas, subscription lists and supporting notes, minutes and reports. Early minutes are signed by Paul S. Cadbury and other trustees. A running sequence of informal minutes is interrupted at regular intervals by annual meeting minutes, which are recorded in separate minute sequences always beginning with the number one up to September 1980. After September 1980 all the minutes are recorded in a continuous sequence. Beginning on 12 May 1974 minutes are recorded on khaki and then gold paper. Financial information becomes more readily accessible from 1969. File 'a' includes minutes 1 to 97, file 'b' contains minutes 98 to 232. |
