| Description | This file contains minutes as well as associated agendas, correspondence and accounts for the Southfield Trust. This appears to be a complete sequence of Trust minutes from 1973 (beginning with minute 1 - the use of years in the minute sequence begins in the second set of minutes from 1983) to 29 June 1975 (ending with minute 16/75). Annual finances for these years are also present. Agenda notes accompany the minutes and provide background information on grant applicants and other business.
