| Description | This file contains minutes and associated agendas and correspondence relating to the Southfield Trust. The meetings of Southfield Trustees cover 23 March 1986 (beginning with minute 1/86) to the final meeting held on 13 November 1994 (ending with minute 3). Agenda notes accompany the minutes and provide background information on grant applicants and other business. From 02 October 1986 Southfield Trust minutes became part of the main Barrow and Geraldine S. Cadbury Trust minute sequence. From 04 October 1992 Southfield Trust minutes reset from the number one for each meeting until the closure of the Trust. Copies of earlier Trust deeds are found in this file though the main sequence covers 1986 to 1994. A number of the minute sequences include draft copies.
