Topham, General Inspector of Birmingham Schools (and other education officials) and Paul Cadbury relating to the creation of Money Lane School Farm in Bromsgrove to extend the work of Chapmans Hills School Farm. Topham and Cadbury agreed that a farm school should be created for six to seven year old children.
