Applicant overview: The Cornerstone Community exists to provide a Christian presence, to be a sign of the Kingdom of God and a sign of reconciliation in Christ in West Belfast. The Community aims to, 1) develop ways of working together in harmony, reconciliation and inspiration, 2) look realistically at the problems of polarization, 3) promote family growth, 4) promote ways of reflecting on the sources of violence, and 5) support and encourage initiatives in the community. Nature of support: In 1986 the Paul S. Cadbury Trust approved three annual grants of £2,000 per annum. In 1990 a further grant was made for two years at £2,500 per annum.
