Cadbury Trustees agreed on a three year Northern Ireland Programme (NIP) budget of £30,000 per annum plus an additional £5,000 from the Fund. In 1988 the budget for 1988/1989 was increased by £10,000. In 1988 the NIP budget for 1991/1992 was set at £45,000 of which £10,000 is earmarked for the Northern Ireland Neighbourhood Development Fund (NINDF). In 1989 Paul S. Cadbury Trustees approved a budget of £25,000 per annum for women's groups in Northern Ireland, £30,000 per annum for County Fermanagh neighbourhood development projects, £20,000 for cross-community and empowerment projects in the Belfast area, a Northern Ireland annual budget of £60,000 for 1990/1991 and approximately £75,000 per annum for three years toward Northern Ireland community economic initiatives. In 1990 the NIP budget was amended for 1990/1991 to £5,000 for the Neighbourhood Development Fund and £15,000 for training. In 1991 it was agreed to transfer the Country Fermanagh budget to the Barrow and Geraldine S. Cadbury Trust.
