It provides individual and group therapy to torture victims, and helps them deal with their practical needs such as problems with housing and benefits. The MFCVT carries out therapy work, welfare support and policy research. Nature of support: In 1998 on the recommendation of Civil Rights Programme Relevant Trustees the Trust approved a single grant of £10,000 towards a purpose built MFCVT centre in London.
