Applicant overview: In 1990 the HHHAP was launched as a small, charitable housing advice organisation in East Birmingham. This area has a sizable ethnic minority community. In 1993 the regional scope of the project was expanded and a new project entitled the East Birmingham Housing Advice Project (EBHAP) was established. Funding source(s): In 1993 the Trust approved three further annual grants of £12,500 to the HHHAP. That same year a matching grant was made to the EBHAP. In 1996 a final grant of £12,500 was approved to the Project. In 1995 the Fund agreed to two to three years of grants at £2,000 to the Research and Advice Programme at HHHAP. In 1996 the Trust agreed to an extension of the EBHAP grant for £13,000 to £14,000 per annum. In 1999 the Trust approved a final grant of £14,000 to EBHAP.
