In 1996 a further £10,000 was allocated towards the costs of a reciprocal Palestine-UK joint training programme. Increased grants of £20,000 per annum were approved in 1998 for two years plus a top of the 1996 grant. In 2001 the Trust approved three annual grants of £25,000.
