Funding source(s): Barrow Cadbury Fund Ltd. Applicant overview: CAAT was formed to lobby through publications and organisation of peace campaigns against the British arms trade - domestically and overseas. CAAT publishes a newsletter and other works, collaborates with other like-minded organisations on public information campaigns and organises opposition to particular arms related activities. Nature of support: In 1978 the Fund approved a grant of £1,500 for CAAT publication costs. In 1980 a further £1,000 was allocated by the Trust to cover transitional costs following the resignation of the CAAT secretary.
