Armswatch is a major initiative to create an international research, information and training network designed to enhance the quality of, and access to, information pertaining to North-South and South-South defence, security and disarmament issues. Armswatch is the first major post-Cold War information and research security organisation. Armswatch aims to increase the accountability of governments involved in the import and export of conventional and non-conventional armament.
