Funding source(s): Barrow Cadbury Trust. Applicant overview: In 1966 Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council set up a Black Country Museum section within their museum department. The museum subsequently left the Council and was expanded into a major open-air living museum. In 1998 the Museum applied for support to allow the erection of the former Rolfe Street Swimming Baths as an entrance and education centre to the Museum.
