MOWLL provides a critical role as in independent visionary service that is wholly committed to the three principles of self-advocacy, independent living and valuing the individual. Peer Advocacy Changing Things Together (PACTT) is a satellite project which envelops and engages all types of advocacy in its broadest spectrum.
