MOWLL works with individuals, parents and carers and also supports and influences social care workers and other professionals. MOWLL provides a critical role as in independent visionary service that is wholly committed to the three principles of self-advocacy, independent living and valuing the individual. Peer Advocacy Changing Things Together (PACTT) is a satellite project which envelops and engages all types of advocacy in its broadest spectrum. Nature of support: In 2008 the Trust agreed to a grant of £82,500 over twenty-four months to provide the salary costs of the PACTT project manager and the costs of a Future Planning Budget.
