VHA aims to provide and promote provision of residential accommodation throughout the country and to improve the quality of life of young adults who have visual impairments and multiple disabilities. VHA is based in Ludlow. Nature of support: In 1991 the Trust agreed to three annual grants of £20,000 per annum to help establish the VHA. In 1995 grants were continued for three years at £10,000.
