That year Don Kinch was appointed Theatre Animateur to train, develop and organise the group. In addition to staging work at the Community and Village Entertainment (CAVE) Cultural Centre, Birmingham, TDTC also engages in a series of training workshops, led by highly experienced professional artistes.
