The project works with hard to reach young people predominately between the ages of 15 and 25. The project also works with younger age groups from 7 years upwards during school holidays. Young Disciples offers a unique development programme that challenges all issues that young people face using a holistic approach considering drugs, gangs, abuse and the situation confronting ex-offenders.
