ECP aims to 1) identify particular young people in the Erdington area who have problems relating to the society in which they live, 2) provide opportunities for the development of their skills in motor mechanics and so increase their job prospects, character and self identity, 3) encourage maintenance and care for vehicles which would mean they are fit to safely run on the road, and 4) encourage the fostering of a better relationship between these young people and society.
